At present, it has become a hot topic of Green Manufacturing that the recycling and remanufacturing of End-of-life Mechanical Products. How to recycle and remanufacture end-of-life Mechanical Products efficiently, and transform the traditional manufacturing model to recycling developing model, has great realistic meaningfulness for recycling and remanufacturing to realize the sustainable development.After firstly analyzing the present recycling and remanufacturing situation, key problem in recycling and remanufacturing, this paper pays more attention to researching on arrangement and. design of recycling and remanufacturing factory of End-of-life Mechanical Products.Based on researching key problem in recycling and remanufacturing, the beginning of the research on the arrangement and design of recycling and remanufacturing factory is the place desion. This paper adopts dynamic programming method issued to find the solution, and optimize the place dicision of recycling and remanufacturing factory.Once the place is decided, discuss the procedures and method system of arranging the plane and the workshops layout of recycling and remanufacturing factory. An example is given to establish recycling and remanufacturing factory of gearbox, resolved and optimized with Genetic Algorithms, and achieved best scheme of recycling and remanufacturing factory.
