Study On Reform And Upgrade Of Computerized Supervision And Control System In Baishan Rundle Hydropower Plant

After eight years , energy storage unit will be controlled by the SCADA system, some SCADA devices occurred aging omen, and more and more new devices and technology were occurred, so BaiShan Hydropower Plant decided that 9000 SCADA V2.0 was upgraded to H9000 SCADA V3.0 in 2005.This project will replace some hardware, IPC(industry process computers) will be canceled, PACSystems 100Mbps Ethernet technology will adopted, bandwidth of three Ethernet line will be heightened from 2Mbps to 100Mbps. This project will enhance the functions of the SCADA, the structure of SCADA will become simples .This paper discusses the basic principia, emphases, characteristic of the project. It introduces the project's steps etc.
