An increasing attention has been paid to researches on the development of supply chain (SC), mainly including the uncertainty of SC, choosing of partnership, optimizing of bi-level SC and sharing and coordinating of information in SC. With the increase in manufacturing costs, the decrease in reactive cycle and the improvement in lean production, more and more demands have been made on manufacturing corporations, thus it is difficult to control time and costs on the whole by simply depending on a single corporation. The implementation of SC collaborative manufacturing and the establishment of an information coordinative system based on the whole SC can control and coordinate manufacturing activities from the perspective of the whole SC, give timely feedback on information of manufacturing process, and meanwhile provide useful information to support manufacturing activities. The Multi-Agent technology enables SC researches to be carried out by means of compute simulation, therefore providing an effective method for studies of the complexity of SC.Through careful study of manufacturing executive system (MES) and collaborative MES, this thesis has attempted to establish a virtual MES on the basis of SC, coordinate the production of SC in a comprehensive way, and improve the framework of collaborative manufacture based on the virtual MES. The important role of information system in SC coordination has been recognized.Documents which carry information delivery have been integrated by combining the framework of collaborative manufacture and eight operation documents, complete information delivery carriers, have been established accordingly.The thesis has introduced the Multi-Agent theory into SC collaborative manufacturing researches, and improved the bidding contracts from contract network. VC Langue has been utilized to simulate features of the dynamic association of corporations and then establish the optimal association of corporations considering time and costs.
