| Based on digital signal processing technology and microcomputer controlling technology, the paper represents the background and development of on-board recording setup. By analysis and calculation, common solutions and formulas of some key technologies such as signal acquisition method of on board components, recording accuracy, capacity of signal channel and expansion for data memory addressing capability are given, and methods by which on-board recording setup as a dedicated test setup is used for missile ground joint adjustment and duplicate synchronous start for data transfer and process during power on check are also given.At the end of the paper, an engineering application example is given combined with on-board recording setup and development of some model of missile weapon system. |
