Passenger transportation of high-speed railway that is with the speed of 200 km/h takes some obvious characteristics and advantages of the traditional railway transportation. It is safer, faster, and more comfortable. It is imperative to build out and improve the passenger service system that suits to the passenger dedicated line. It becomes the hot issue of making the transportation of high-speed railway system serve the construction of national economy in the academic circles. And we have to solve the two problems of how to link the service system to the hardware of the high-speed railway and how to take advantage of the passenger dedicated line. The dissertation mainly study on the passenger service system in the transportation of the dedicated line.The dissertation finds out the characteristics and advantages of the passenger dedicated line in the front parts. Then the dissertation points out that the passengers of the transportation dedicated line have more psychological expectation than the other passengers, and the passenger service system in transportation of the dedicated line must has the starting-point of meeting the demands of the passengers. It is important to build out the passenger service system from the psychology demand of the passengers and utilize the hardware resources of the passenger dedicated line. The dissertation builds out the dynamic model of the passenger service system in the transportation of the dedicated line. The service system will adapt to the changes of market with the method of creating a feedback channel to get the demands of the passenger.In this dynamic model of the passenger service system in the transportation of the dedicated line, the demands of the passengers are studied in depth with the method of AHP (analytic hierarchy process) and judgment matrix. And the dissertation converts the passenger's requirements importance to the QoS(quality of service) importance with the method of QFD(quality function deployment) and "House of Quality" theory. With this technique, the dissertation get the key quality of service for designing service scheme, and point out the direction and way for service system improving.The passenger dedicated line between Beijing and Tianjin cities is researched as an example with the methods above. It finds out that the key QoS(quality of service) factors which will effect the customer satisfaction. Then the dissertation improves the service system from the main aspect of the QoS.
