With the rapid development of Chinese industry, liquefied gas was widely used in machine building, metallurgy, chemistry and other fields. For the large loadage and low-cost transportation of the railway tank, liquefied gas railway transport accounts for a large proportion in the whole transport market. However, if prevent improper, the accident such as leak, explosion and fire are easy to happened as the nature of most liquefied gas is unstable. And there will be huge loss with our country in case of the accident happened. Therefore, the issue of transport security becomes an important topic we faced now.This paper includes the following three parts:First, analyze the influence factors of the security of liquefied gas railway transport. Analyzing the accident of the railway tank before, we get the main reason of the railway tank accident are the fire and explosion which happened when the leaked medium meet the fire. Then, we analyze the reason which leads to the leak of liquefied gas railway tank by using the FTA, and we research for the high environment temperature as the main factor furthermore.Second, establish the model about the outside high temperature influence the medium in the tank and analysis by the instance. Then the differential equations and the relevant boundary conditions that describe the thermal response of a liquefied gas tank subjected to a high temperature are built according to mass conservation, energy conservation and combined with research findings of the entire world, which compose the mathematic model that the temperature changes of liquefied gas tank under the high temperature.And then,A finite difference method is adopted to calculate mathematic models for thethermal response of a liquefied gas tank. The difference equations are built using adirect method for inner nodes of tank wall and using conversation of energy forboundary nodes. The transient temperature distribution of tank wall is solved using animplicit finite scheme. The temperature and pressure in tanks are calculated by lumped-heat-capacity method.Finally, with the tank of GH70 type for examply, use computer to accomplish calculate,then draw and analysis the curve change.Third, advice of the transport security of the liquefied gas railway tank. We evaluate the system by using the safety check-up table and propose the countermeasure which promises the safety of liquefied gas railway tank and the method to deal with the fault in the course of railway tank which settle a base for the further research in the transport security.
