Osteoporosis is a systemic skeletal disease characterized by low bone mass and micro-architectural deterioration, with a consequent increase in bone fragility and susceptibility to fracture[1]. It brings the patients with tremendous suffering, which also makes the society carrying a heavy economic burden. Along with the increase of life expectancy and emergence of aging society, countries around the world gradually realize the importance of diagnosis and therapy in Osteoporosis, especially in the 21 century.Began with the structure of bone, this dissertation illuminated the pathologic causes, medically definition, diagnosis methods and current situation of our country in Osteoporosis, then emphasized the importance of relevant researches. According to the experiments and the principles of ultrasound detecting, this dissertation analyzed the defection of former sampling system and pointed out the technical parameters that new system should obtain.After that, this dissertation proposed a blue print of new sampling system firstly, and then goes to respective sections in it. From power section, clock section, signal regulation section, sampling-control section, A/D convert section to data storage section, this dissertation amply discussed the function and implement of each section. The other challenge is firmware and driver programs design. Based on the operation schedule of USB and specialties of processing chip -AN2131QC, this dissertation studied the function flow and finally completed this task.The next step is doing some validation experiments, the results from which has proved that the new sampling system fulfilled all the technical requests. At the end, author also indicated some drawbacks that still in existence and gave out some practical suggestions for further improvement.
