In recent years, as the temperature relay's extensive application in the aerospace, it is also stricter to the temperature relay's temperature characteristics request than before.To measure the temperature relay's temperature characteristic automatically, conveniently and effectively, this thesis has investigated and designed the theory and design of automatic detecting device for temperature relay based on fuzzy algorithm. Fuzzy control algorithm is different from classical control methods or modern control methods. It sums up some of the fuzzy control rules or fuzzy control matrix according to men's control experience, and don't need precise mathematical model, besides it has been widely applied in temperature control. So we use the fuzzy algorithm to design the control software of the temperature relay automatic detect system.According to the temperature relay automatic detection methods and devices introduced in this paper, we can accurately detect its characteristic automatically, obtain real-time detection information, read observed data and analyze the detect results.The main contents in this paper are as follows:1. Introducion of the characteristic and main application of the temperature relay, and the methods of detection in the domestic and overseas.2. Introduced the main concept of fuzzy control and its application in temperature measurement, and did some fuzzy control algorithm research.3. Designed the automatic detection device, including the PC-based data acquisition and control system, the resistance stove and experimental cavity for simulated work environment4. The thesis not only achieves a simple intuitive interface, but also realizes an effective real-time automated detection function under the VB environment, these mainly include: the man-machine interface, real-time database, real-time curve and data show, etc.5. In order to test the precision and reliability of this system, we did lots of experiments, finish the design of the instrument.
