Study On The Stage-training Method Of Registered Urban Planner's Law Knowledge

With the development of the society and economy, urban planning becomes more and more important and as the uppermost plaster and implementer—registered urban planner, their comprehensive qualities has became the key question to the success or failure on the urban planning.Due to the lack of the policy and regulation knowledge, the development of registered urban planner's professional ethics and qualities is greatly humbled which even affect the whole level of urban planning directly.How to develop the registered urban planner's comprehensive quality, how to make them master the law knowledge in every stage of study and to seek after a more sensible cultivating method and model is not only becoming the key problem that need resaved urgently but also the key of the paper's study.By collecting research material, this paper carries on the comprehensive analysis and demonstration under the scientific methodology and the scientific development view, content analysis and the integrity method of the modern system theory, auxiliary by contributory certain practice survey from part to whole. This paper divides cultivating method of registered urban planner's regulation knowledge into two large stages: foundation learning stage which includes undergraduate study and graduate study, and professional practice stage which includes two stages: vocational qualification test of registered urban planner and continued vocational education.
