Study On The Evaluation System Of The Loess Plateau Region's Green Resident Quarters

As an important composition of green architecture system, green residential quarters are a kind of compound ecological system who includes society-economic-nature. The features of it are complex, multi-factor and multi-gradation. Based on favorable circulation of ecological system (include nature and humane), it aims at sustainable development, established foundation in harmonious relation of natural resources and cultural resources. The quarters uses suitability techology as the basis, exchange the greatest benefits with the smallest economy. So that quarters can be self-organization, self-adjustment, self-sustaining, meet the needs of the residents with high harmony at the same time. It can be self-support and self-purification without the waste of material, save energy and land, and eventually become the new type quarters which can develop sustainablely.This issue based on the forefront sustainable development theory and the green living enviroment theory which be guided by the eco-development philosophy theory. The author extracted the ecological characters which against the Loess Plateau region's green residential quarters, after studing and analysing the status of the green residential quarters and the evaluation systems witch be well known in the domestic and intenational. Through reaching three quarters in Xi'an, the author analysis and summary the status of these quarters from different aspects include energy system, sound environment system, light environment system, thermal environment system, water system, green landscape system, waste management and disposal system, public service system, then extrace the defects of the Loess Plateau region's quarters, draw the measures to improve through the imvestigations. On the basis of the 'Green residential quarters points and technical guidelines', the evaluation of the Loess Plateau region's green residential quarters were initially formed with adding the evaluation which against the Loess Plateau region's green residential quarters. This issue try to offer the reference to establish the complete evaluation system of the Loess Plateau region's green residential quarters, try to promote the evaluation system to study in-depth and improve constantly, try to guide the constructions and operations of the Loess Plateau region's green residential quarters effcetively.
