The Research To Integrated Management System Of Construction Companies

ISO9000(GB19000), ISO14000(GB24000), OSHAS18000 (GB28000) , the establishment, certification and continuous improvement of the three major management system has become an important symbol of modern enterprise management level and capability of sustainable development. To further regulate the process of the activities taken by the construction enterprises in the project management, to meet their long-term needs in development and ensure the staff's health and safety, to meet state's more stringent requirements to environment, and to meet the requirement of international, we would gradually integrate the three systems closely related to the project management of construction enterprises into a management system, avoiding the problems of cross-cutting, overlap, duplication, waste of resources (human, finance and materials), and inefficiency in management and benefit efficiently.This paper' point is about how construction enterprises work out their own management system document combining its own characteristics and making use of integrated standard theories and methods. It investigates the strengths and weaknesses about the integration of three major management system (QMS, EMS, OSHAS) during engineering practice. The papers sum up the integrated management of the aircraft and built company and summarize he Company's characteristics during the establishment of integrated management, and discuss the application of project management system exhaustively. After examining the effect practically, we gain the experience. The results emphasize on enhancing the management level of enterprises and improving the overall efficiency of project management through continuous improvement of the three systems integration's application in the construction project management.
