China's energy consumption is big, but there is also a scarcity of energy, energy efficiency naturally become our country's basic national policy. Building energy efficiency is the currently direction of building development , and it is imperative in the energy shortage situation. As China's economic and social development and the continuous improvement of people's living standards, building energy conservation face a new situation, the rapid development of energy-saving construction also needs related provision of technical support. At present, China's total energy consumption building energy consumption accounts for about 1 / 4 around, residential buildings in building energy consumption and possession of a higher proportion, there is a need to strengthen the residential building energy efficiency research.In this context, in connection with the cold climate characteristics and local features of energy consumption in residential buildings of Jiaozhou city, where the seventh company's high-rise residential building located, in accordance with domestic and international energy planning, design and application of technology research results of residential buildings, considering climate factors, the study is carried out. Determine the appropriate energy efficiency design conclusions from planning, shape, and the structure of the envelope, and use project management methods to study the practice of energy efficiency design in the high-rise residential building, the application of energy efficiency technology in the construction of the building and the strengthening of the building's quality control work in similar building energy efficiency projects. Under the premise of that it ensure construction quality and indoor hot environmental quality during the use of construction, make the high-rise residential buildings in residential construction to achieve energy efficiency 65% of the standards. By the exploration, the study can provide technical guidance and decision-making reference for the development and progress of more extensive energy-saving construction work.The main content of this study can be summarized as three parts:The first part of the main outlines of this study summarizes the background of the status quo at home and abroad, the purpose of the study and research methods. From the start with the meaning of building energy efficiency, outline the enormous development potential of China's construction, indicate the current constraints of the development of energy efficiency in buildings in China, and analyze the multiple meanings of China's development of energy-efficiency in buildings. In this paper, the methods of theory and literature research, summary, comparison, the linking of theory with reality, and empirical research methods are adopted.The second part is mainly through access to the energy efficiency literature in buildings, summarized the suitable living plastic energy efficiency in buildings overall planning and design methods of energy efficiency in buildings for Jiaozhou areas; and against the cold weather conditions, when the seventh oil company's high-rise residential construction reaches 65 percent of residential building energy efficiency standards, determine its energy efficiency design which should meet the requirements.The third part is analyzed and discussed in residential energy efficiency technology applications and quality control methods for the cold city as an example to the company's high-rise residential building.In connection with the research results, by the related theory of construction technology, in the sight of urban planning and design, from the analysis of living building energy efficiency standards for 65%, the study arrives at the following conclusion:1, The specific energy efficiency building design requirements for Jiaozhou local characteristics and applications in the oil companies seventh high-rise residential buildings: the indicators of retaining structure (including the external walls, roof, windows and doors, floor), for each part, including the heat resistance, thermal inertia value, the area ratio of window to wall, shading coefficient, and the data analysis of the impact between the various factors; the insulation of envelope structure and so on.2, in accordance with the requirements of energy efficiency design, residential buildings can achieve 65 per cent of the energy efficiency standards. It is viable to supply architectural design and real estate developers with a system of quantitative indicators of energy efficiency building energy conservation efforts.3, To strengthen the quality of construction energy efficiency projects, energy efficiency construction project quality supervision and management system should be established and improved as soon as possible. To strengthen the quality supervision of construction energy efficiency project, some measures are put forward.The study summarizes a system of energy efficiency technology applications from the planning, design, technical implementation and quality control. The system is suitable for Jiaozhou local conditions, and has some practical value and positive significance of energy efficiency for the urban residential construction in cold areas.
