The Present Conditions And Countermeasures In The Outer Windows Of Chongqing Residence

Building energy conservation is a great of constructure technology progress in the development of world constructure, and it is a key point in sustainable development of constructure. We need building energy conservation in many aspacts such as developing social economy, reducing air polution, improving constructure heat enviorment, and developing constructure enterprise, etc.Some research organization made cut and cry and put forward many theories on energy efficiency these years, and many techniques were applied into practice. In our country, the importance of energy efficiency was not known since 1980's, and we have got some achievement these years. Now, energy efficiency is considered not enough in architecture design although our energy consumption is more than other country. The energy efficiency in our country is the incipient stage and we have some distance compared with the developed country.The residence in Chongqing gets a rapid development there years, and the energy efficiency of the residence is the main part in whole energy efficiency. The heat consumption of residence composed by heat transfer though exterior-Protected construction and air permeates though the gap of doors and windows. The heat consumption though window occupy 50%, so window is the important part in energy efficiency and change the performance of the window and enhance the abjuration of window are the main contents in energy efficiency.The author gave some methods of design from investigation of residence in Chongqing. Firstly, material of different kinds of door and window is analyzed, and their diathermanous characters and factors of influence to energy-conserving are also discussed. Secondly, developmental state of outer door window of the present domestic architecture is analyzed, and the author gave some methods of design from investigation of residence in Chongqing. Energy-saving effect and economic benefit of different outer door window are compared with each others by means of example of calculation. And the feasible theory in energy-saving design of outer door window and practicability method and measure are all discussed. In addition, the author designed some widows of energy efficiency and validated them in lab. The author wishes that this research can give some clear and all-sided cognition to people and offer some theory basis for the design of energy efficiency on residence in Chongqing.
