Research On Collecting And Distributing Of The Chengdu Node Station And The Logistic Parks

Container transportation, having the features of fast, safety and convenience and easily implementing combined transportation, is an advanced freight transportation mode, which is developed with demand of internal and external trade. It is the inevitable path to realize the rationalization and scientization in domestic and international trade transportation by container transportation.Under the demand of the modern logistics, it is required to realize seamless connection between various transportations or freight stations with the minimum cost and time, transferring exactly and safely in time and space. It is found that the characteristics of container transportation adapt to the freight transport in modern logistics sufficiently.As the central city in western China, Chengdu located in the intersection of four railway lines of chengyu, baocheng, chengkun and dacheng is the most important railway terminal in southwest area of China. It has one of the top six regionalist hub-airports in China—Shuangliu Int. Airport, having established cyclic plus radiate expressway network as one city with the maximum highway network density around the country, having built nearly perfect trade port regulatory agency of customs and inspection and quarantine and comprehensive service system. At present, the modernized integrated transportation system with various transport modes of railway, aviation and highway has been built up preliminarily, which lays the foundation for the development of advanced logistics.The city will become the distribution center in the southwest area in the future, after that the logistics development planning is performed successfully. The freight transportation is completed by road, railway, aviation and other transport modes, which not only compete with each other, but also meet the demand from society in a cooperative way frequently. It is more important for us to coordinate centers belonged to different departments which are existed in the same region. Based on the research of distribution of railway container center station which can provide the maximum transport capacity as well as be the most primary department, beginning with the study on transportation organization in station, the problem of cooperation between station and logistics center is to be discussed step by step, with the aim of case. As a result, the paper can be applied to the freight transport organization of Qingbaijiang railway container center station with logistics parks.This paper will analyze the scale, layout and external traffic network structure of center station and logistics parks, making division of them by analysis of function and effectiveness, to determine distribution and basic organization method of the container and cargo flow in region. Analysis on six aspect of system layout, capacity, organization, technical equipments, information and structure coordination and system coordinated development will be given in text and the distribution path of freight in region will be proposed.
