The Hospital Enviromental Art Design Initially Searches

Due to accelerating pace of life, increased work pressure, busyness on studies, spirits overdraft, environmental pollution and other causes, modernists have caught various physical and psychological illnesses. As a special public architecture, hospital needs to satisfy modernists' requirements of more levels.The British medical committee (NHS) had put forward the suggestion that architects and artists should work together to create the medical environment whit high cure ability.At present, Chinese design of hospital is during a new developing time, there appears many newly built, reconstruction and extension projects, bringing a new development chance to the design of the hospital's architecture environment.The modern medical research indicated that the exquisite hospital environment has the non-involvement and non-medicine function, with a subtle influence to patient's psychology, then promotes patient's treatment and recovery; At the same time, the exquisite hospital environment also causes the medical care personnel to have ease feeling, enhances their working efficiency, and gives a positive promotion effect to various kinds of works in hospital. At present more and more hospital not only pays great attention to the practicality and humanness in architectural design, but also attaches great importance to planning design of hospital environment.Art therapy is a newly developed integrated subject, it based on the psychology and the artistic theory, such as psychological analysis theory, psychological development theory, visual thinking theory; its goal is to solve the emotional conflict, reduce anxiety, conform personality and so on.This article bases on the practical investigation and the reference to relative domestic and foreign data, proposes the research direction of the theory that the hospital environment design borrows from the artistic therapeutics knowledge. Under the instruction of humanist principle of design, searches after design method and approaching way, thus enables the hospital environment possibly to be designed into a artistic place with initiatives where actively help the recovery of the patients.
