Research On Business Process Reengineering Of Railway Freight Under The E-Commerce Environment

With the popularity of Internet and computer information technology development, e-commerce has been used in all sectors of society. People began to realize that e-commerce has changed the way of selling and service models in traditional companies, and generated significant impact on their competitive strategy and business model. For this change, China Railway Company gathered the Railway Bureau, launched the China Railway freight e-commerce platform to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. Its appear facilitate freight services for customers and improve the quality of railway freight service in a manner. However, the e-commerce requires railway freight make comprehensive customer service as center, strengthen cooperation with third-party logistics railway, manufacturers and other related industries and extend value-added logistics services through the establishment of full logistics service system. Clearly, China’s railway freight still has much unexplored space.For this reason, from the perspective of process reengineering, this paper uses process reengineering, modern logistics and e-commerce for researching railway freight business process under the e-commerce environment to combine the demand of freight transport and logistics and achieve the whole logistics services. The main research contents in this paper are:Firstly, it reviews process reengineering theory and stochastic Petri net theory, then put forward rail freight business process reengineering research model in line with e-commerce environment. According to this research model, through the study of China’s development status and existing problems of railway freight, using the development experience of other freight companies both at home and abroad for reference, it analyzes the development trend of China’s railway freight and proposes railway freight business process reengineering goals and two-stage optimization plan under e-commerce environment; With Petri net theory, the business processes is to model using top-down hierarchical modeling approach and analyzed to identify the unreasonable structure of the model; In view of the unreasonable structure of the model, the business processes Petri net model are optimize using incidence matrix reorganization optimization rules, and the optimized effectiveness is proved using time parameters; After structural optimization, it finishes freight business process reengineering based on the whole logistics services, develops railway freight logistics value-added services to meet the logistics needs of customers and achieves synergism between transport and logistics, online and offline.
