With the rapid development of Chinese national economy, there are more and more industrial and civil electrical devices in distribution power net. These loads, which have the electric characteristics of low power factor, nonlinear, asymmetry or impact, bring so much power quality problems as low power factor, voltage fluctuation and flicker, three phase voltage unbalance, high-order harmonic pollution and etc. In all kinds of electrical devices that can solve well these power quality problems synthetically, static var compensator (SVC) is one of them, whose ratio of cost and performance has very high correspondingly. the control system of SVC which impact on device performance is the key and is also the key technology.In this paper, the control system of SVC of the type TCR&TSC has been design.On the base of the comparatively ripe TCR and TSC control theory,this paper present the control strategy of SVC which is made up of TCR and TSC and also design its controller. In the aspect of TSC, the appropriate way of switching on and off was adopted, as a results of this fact, the Power factor was increased while the harmonics was restrained; in aspect of TCR, both of the open-loop control and loop control way were combined each other to guarantee the response speed and control precision. To ensure that the equipment response speed and accuracy, this design uses the combined control strategy of open-loop and closed-loop control and the algorithms based on instantaneous reactive power theory. In terms of hardware, this paper designs the controller, which is based on double CPU of TMS320F2812DSP and 80C196KC, and the peripheral circuit. In the terms of software, two modules are designed in this paper, including DSP programming and MCU programming for lower computer and control software designing for upper computer. Design ideas on the software have been introduced in this paper and this design both realizes the function of reactive power compensation and convenient intuitive man-machine interface dialogue in operation.Finally, the effectiveness of this control system has been verified through the test and the actual operation. The results showed that the control system of the compensation device (TCR & TSC) is a rational design, a fast response speed, a high control accuracy and is also satisfied the project actual require. |
