With the implementation of the country's energy policy in the hot measurement industry needs, an accurate Heat Meters with accurate measurement and stable function is put forward in this case.This paper first proposed the latest use U.S. TI company MSP430F4152 single chip microcomputer as heat table product, its main chip is editor of ultra-low power LCD drive circuit, RTC real-time clock circuit and multilevel voltage detection module function for ultra-low power heat table design provides hardware security.This paper proposes the use of MSP430 microcontroller internal comparator A1 comparative/capture function to realize heating system, the collection of temperature with traditional A/D acquisition circuit, the simple circuit, compared with lower working current advantage. In the heat of the data communication, watch this paper not only USES the single-chip microcomputer internal hardware serial as M-BUS communication interface, and use comparators AO comparative/capture function design software serial, as infrared communication interface, makes the heat has better data table interact function.This paper using 3d drawing Solidworks software design of heat table plastic shell, using a tetrad seal thoughts, is integrated circuit boards, communication device is placed in a closed warehouse, then use the epoxy resin glue potting, thus achieved the country's highest waterproof dustproof standards.This paper first proposed uses the standard resistance and the school table of the way of the combination of the software, and calibrated heat table alternative existing heat table adopt standard resistance box on the traditional pattern of the table, can greatly improve the production efficiency.This design without magnetic heat table type prototype has been through quality and technology supervision pilot testing of Shandong province, the test results attained the state level 2 table standards, this design completely for the users and the administration to provide accurate hot measurement of consumption.
