| This thesis discusses the advantage of mobile cable cranes relative to immobile cable cranes, the selection principle of cable cranes'move mode in different conditions; and for super-long bridge of Dafen north waterway, makes a techno-economy comparison of several cable cranes schemes and selects the best one that suits grand bridge of Dafen north waterway.Based on the characteristic of the grand bridge, the author puts forward the scheme of cable support tower combined with fastened tower, makes a relative technique study and comparison , a comparison and selection for the lateral moving power system of cable cranes, and adopts core-jack combined with finish rolling rebar; brings forward the concrete index for the lateral moving attitude control of cable cranes and specific requirement for the construction and implementation, and gives a summary of the whole process of cable cranes'lateral moving.The design and application of mobile cable crane is a very practical problem which should combine with the actual condition. Through the study on the details and critical technology, mobile cable cranes has derived successful application in the grand bridge, guaranteed period, achieved good economic returns and social benefits, become a typical example, and has accumulated precious experience for the application and extension of mobile cable cranes.The technology then has been adopted by the grand bridge of Dongguan waterway which has a span of 280m in the same period and has achieved greater economic efficiency. |
