The vacuum film coating machine is a kind of direct current magnetism access of reflecting the sputter and plating the membrane machine. Through the PLC software program armature buck soft start. Through Easy View touch screen parameter settings, that the whole process of monitoring and switching the operation of the people-centered design, increased system reliability.The system of electrical control has the function of installing parameters, voluntarily or manually controlling the technological process of technology, and giving a warning and a protection when the system is out of order. In this article, a detailed demonstration analyzing and corresponding design to the structure of the control system software and hardware have been discussed. In the design, PLC software procedure is analyzed by exploiting emulation software offered by Mitsubishi Company. Then the control system is debugged wholly in the production scene. The feasibility of this system is verified by production practices.Programmable Controller (PLC) is one of the most important electronic controllers at the industry auto control. Programmable Controller is a device of the automatic controller, the growth of the technology with the computer, communication, Microprocessors and auto control. Today, it becomes large rage of the industry auto control for its reliability, plenty of programming language, various method of programming, bear the environment, high performance and that we can use it easily. A new type of PLC named PCC (Programmable Computer Controller) has been competent for large-scale DCS (Distributing Control System) and complex processing control.In this thesis, the topic of application is the basic an electric controlling system of nano-meter coating is presented here. It provides a new method of controlling system of PVD (Physics Vapor Deep) coating process. The system with programmable controller is more dependable than traditional controlling system based reliability. The elements of PLC have been analyzed. Then novel application and process are explored and investigated. The main results are as follows:(1) The elements and configuration of PLC system are investigated in detail;(2) The design and application of nano-meter coating auto control system are discussed., that provides high performance and we can use it easily...
