And scattered far away from the vast region .In order to ensure the normal operation , Constitute parts of the system must be in the scheduling of a unified command under the coordination .so, Scheduling institutions should be aware parts of the system in the production process of the actual situation. And on this basis to make the production process command strategy. In order to make scheduling the work to meet the real-time, ensures high reliability and must use technology to achieve remote scheduling management.In this paper, Through research cycle of communication protocol (CDT) in the electricity system in the remote telemetry, remote, remote control, chronological record (SOE) and electric pulse in mind, such as numerical data on the text, the specific data analysis.implementation of the power sector remote scheduling of RTU scheduling work, and the system can be kept informed of the various parts of the work.The design in the use of Microsoft Visual Studio 2005.NET platform application C # language, based on the cycle of communication protocol (CDT) on the basis of the software design.Also based on actual inspection of a large number of relevant information .
