Design Of Automation Monitoring System Of Centralized Control Station In Daqing Refining And Petrochemicals Enterprise Power Grid

The paper is from electric power technology research project which is" Automation Monitoring System of Centralized Control Station of Powe Grid" in Daqing Refining & Chemical Company. Designing the "Automation Monitoring System of Centralized Control Station of Powe Grid" aims at that power dispatching can real-timely monitor the running status, data and information of all kinds of electric equipment, and the man on duty in a man-keeping substation can monitor the running status, data and information of all kinds of electric equipment of unattended substations, so real-timely that power grid run at controlled status reliably, firmly and economically.The paper puts forward the concept of the centralized control station system in Refining and Petrochemicals Enterprise Power Grid whose three designed modes are also presented in the paper. According to the designing principles and functional requirements of the centralized control station system and power system, the paper has designed soft and hard ware, network topology, RTU and ISA301C network connection pattern of substations, physical interface and communication protocol. Analyze the network malfunction and make the corresponding measures for improvement when the project was implemented. The paper has developed software tools of database configuration in centralized control station system for user configuration, system parameters definition, primary equipments configuration, network node deployment, secondary devices definition substations, four-remotion signal definition etc.in subtations, and the programme software of general, special and management reports. The software for the human-machine interface of centralized control station background has been developed. In accordance with the design program and software package, the automation monitoring system of centralized control station in Daqing Refining and Petrochemicals Enterprise power grid of the 2nd power station has been built.Automation monitoring system of centralized control station in Daqing Refining and Petrochemicals Enterprise power grid has been put into operation for 2 years. The system runs stably and reliably, and specifications of the system are superior to the design requirements. Unattended substations and data and information centralized monitored come true. With the automation system is used, it greatly enhances the level of the electric power system security and economic operationl. We obtain safty and economy profit significantly.
