Traditional corrugated boxes mainly used for transportation, which requires their structures should make the containers have excellent strength, adapted capacity, well arrangement and assembling, cost-efficient material. Experts domestic and overseas have make a lot of theory research and experiment analysis on the corrugated boxes'bearing weight, compression and transmogrification rule, mechanical model, compression strength calculating formulas and so on.With the improvement of transport condition, comprehensive application of containers, changing of conveying methods and sales fashion, corrugated boxes are gradually transferring from transport packages to sales packages and the market are demanding more and more new type corrugated boxes which have great advertisement functions. Secondly, explore the effect of partial cut and crease lines, pre-crease lines and windows with different positions and lengths to the corrugated boxes'strength.Combining market requests, analysis the pre-effect of corrugated boxes with both transport and display function, and then research the primary principles, function requests and development directions. Under the above research's guiding, design several new types of corrugated boxes and expatiate their unique structures and purpose. Finally, design package methods for typical products in detail.This project and paper not only satisfy the market request but also analysis its future and countermeasure, which make this paper has high practical value, reference and guiding worthiness whenever to many corrugated box companies or to package departments.
