Research On Comprehensive Evaluation Of The Bridge And The Tunnel Of Cross-Sea Project

As the main form of the cross-sea passage, the bridge and the tunnel have different advantages and disadvantages in many sides. It is hard to decide which one is better from one or two factors. This paper studies the comprehensive evaluation between the bridge and the tunnel systematically.The paper summaries the present situation of the cross-sea passages in the world, the development of the construction technology and the principle of choosing cross-sea engineering project on the basis of collecting and selecting the related domestic and international literature. According to the technical and economic evaluation theory and the public investment evaluation theory, the paper analyzes the influencing factors in detail on the foundation of field survey and expert consultation, and build up indexes system for comprehensive evaluation of the bridge and the tunnel. Taking Qingdao Jiao Zhou Bay cross-sea project as an example, the paper adopts Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP)method to calculate the weight of each index. After analyzing the fuzzy and uncertain feature of the comprehensive evaluation, the paper chooses the Fuzzy Mathematics and Gray Correlation Analysis to evaluate the bridge and the tunnel, and comes to a conclusion. The two methods gain the same result that is the tunnel proposal is much better than the bridge for the Qingdao Jiao Zhou Bay cross-sea project.It is expected that the designed evaluation method and model on comparing the bridge and the tunnel can give certain inspiration and guidance to the other cross-water passage projects especially the cross-sea projects, and provide scientific evidence for the government and the investor to choose the suitable cross-sea project.
