| Double cranks chain planetary reducer is a new pattern reducer. After analyzing the merits and the shortcomings of other chain planetary drive, we proposed the double cranks chain planetary drive. The reducer possess the merits of well structure, easy instead damageable part, easy maintenance, wide range of transmission ration and so on, so it can be used in more practical project.In order to realize four targets which include high load-capacity, high transmission efficiency, high reliability and excellent dynamics performance, we thought over all the demands which include static balance and dynamic balance, calming operation , equilibrating-load of every planetary sprocket wheel and every supporting sprocket wheel ,and designed the rational structure of the double cranks chain planetary reducer. A virtual prototype modeling and simulation environment of double cranks chain planetary reducer has been built with the software CATIA,ADAMS and ANSYS.This paper studies in the following aspects:â‘ Based on transmission principle, we designed the structure of the double cranks chain planetary reducer and built the three-dimensional model .Basing on the traditional force analyse ,we built the exact force analyse maths model of the crucial parts of the double cranks chain planetary reducer. we calculated the intensity of the crucial parts and checked the life of the bearings.â‘¡In the process of simulation, we analysed the static characteristic and the vibration mode of the crucial parts of the double cranks chain planetary reducer.â‘¢In the process of simulation, we analysed the dynamic characteristic of the double cranks chain planetary reducer .â‘£we manufactured the physical prototype of the double cranks chain planetary reducer . |
