The Reasearch Is Based On PLM For Shell Manufacturing System Of Functional Integration Technology

This article is in urgent needs on developing the method, the production process, the management intellectualization, the informationization, and the network present situation in view of the current war industry manufacturing industry, with unifying some Military enterprise's physical demand, from systematization's angle embarking, develops a set of collection design, the analysis, the manufacture and the data management is a body based on the PLM shell manufacture system. The topic of this research constructs the high industry and new technology industry; also, it sharpens the war manufacturing industry, and makes it have fast response on manufacturing capacity to have certain practical significance.This article uses the design expert system development kit DEST development intelligence ball arrow project design subsystem, provides the overall concept and the design variable for the high explosive shell design; Uses great developments and the technology such as , data bank technology and integrated technology based on the APDL ball arrow strength analysis subsystem, realizes with the ball arrow three dimensional entity design subsystem integration, actuates the finite element model in ANSYS to realize some high explosive shell parametrization finite element analysis; Using Pro/Toolkit, Visual C++6.0 Pro/NC and SQL Server and so on correlation technique development ball arrow integration numerical control programming and the simulation processing subsystem, realizes based on the Pro/E high explosive shell three dimensional digitization numerical control processing automatic programming; Uses Visual C++ 6.0 evelopment kit under the Pro/E integrated environment development numerical control procedure and the manufacture parameter management system, realizes to the numerical control procedure order management; Uses Visual Basic 6.0 system development kit and Re-development kit COM API which SmarTeam provide using develops the general integrated connection, realizes various subsystems and the SmarTeam general integration, this integrated plan may enhance the design the maintainability and the probability. This topic is taken as the People's Liberation Army General Equipment Department"15"the military goods advanced research project"based on the product entire life cycle management (PLM) the system integration technology----** the arrow fast response manufacture system integration technology"a sub-topic proposes.
