The Research Of Exterior Space Of The Low-rent Apartment Commiunity

Low-rent apartment is a safeguard mechanism which is carried out by government. It is in order to solve the housing problems of urban poor population. Low-rent apartment policy has experienced about10years, from being put forward, establishment to the final decided to be a core measure of housing security system. As a result of vigorously low-rent building projects problem occur in that the design of targeted low-income dwellers’s inconvenience or inhibit the use of the issue of contacts due to the lack of external space.Although the low-rent buildings are the main solutions of the low-rent housing problem,the plan and the designs of the external space of the low-rent housing communities themselves are proved to be problematic.This work studies the outer space of the new low-cost housing community of ShenYang City. It starts from the status of the existing community in the design and using of outer space, and summarizes the haracteristics of low-rent housing community’s external space. Further more, it gives ways to taking the most efficient use of the limited construction funds to improve the community environment. It’s purpose is meaningfull,which not only creates a practical and dynamic community environment, but also promots residents interaction.It makes a systematic study from site selection, external space design, and so on, for the purpose to provide a reference of the low-rent housing’s outer space construction.
