Maintain Strategy And Maintain Plan Management Of Tools And Fixtures

Considering the equipment company, there are too much return-repair orders and the return-repair order is always uncertain. So the manufacture department can't arrange the rational manufacture plan. Aiming at solving the above problems, several research works are done as follows:First, forecasting the return-repair of product is studied. The concept and the classification of forecasting are addressed. Aiming at the disadvantages of the current forecasting models, such as requirement for more data and narrow application extent, an improved IGM(1,1)-transfer function-noise model for forecasting is proposed. In the first stage, the IGM(1,1) model improving the generation method of neighborhood system is adopted so as to fulfil the forecasting by only using a few of data. In the second stage, the transfer function-noise model is performed when data amounts reached to a number. The hidden mathematical relationships between the production quantity and the rework quantity are established by the model. Its parameters are determined through model identification, parameters estimation and diagnostic checking. Then, forecasting return is accomplished.Second, the operation process of maintain management is studied. The bill of return-repair management, forecasting the return-repair, tools and fixture plan and material requirement plan is analysised.Third, a fixtures and tools maintain plan management system is proposed based on the above researches.
