Research And Development Of Manufacture Resource Management System In MES Of Fixtures And Tools

The production of fixtures and tools for aviation products has the characteristics of single-piece, more variety and design change, difficult management etc, which directly restrict the manufacture cycle of aviation products. The manufacture resource management of fixtures and tools often has many problems, such as different workflow, distributed management and unshared information etc, which directly influence the production and delivery cycle of fixtures and tools. Therefore, it has theoretical significance and application value to research on the manufacture resource management mode and management system of fixtures and tools.In this paper, the basic concept and the basic model of MES is introduced, the current state and development trend of manufacture resource management is presented as well. The production features of fixtures and tools and the current management model of manufacture resource are analyzed, some problems are discussed. The improving management mode in MES of fixtures and tools are researched.Secondly, the framework of MES of fixtures and tools is introduced, and the relationship between manufacture resource management system and MES of fixtures and tools is researched. The functional requirements of manufacturing resource management system are analyzed. The functional model and the information model are created with DFD and IDEF1 diagram.Finally, the prototype of system is developed, and tested with real data.
