Research And Design On MES Of Automobile Manufacturing

With the intense competition among auto market, automobile manufacturer arefacing huge pressure and challenge. In this circumstance, informazition of manufacturingprocess has been becoming an important means to gain competitive advantage. Theresearch and application of Manufacturing Execution System(MES) are graduallybecoming hot spot. With the use of MES, the manager of enterprise can achieve functionon workshop as follows: visual productive process, real-time production data and refinedmanagement. By these means, the percent of pass of product, productivity effect andquality of product can be highly enhanced.With the backgound of the implement of MES of new factory, a intergrated MESsolution-JL-MES to pressing shop, welding shop, paint shop and assembly shop has beendesigned based on the field research and actual demand of enterprise after analysis of itsproduction mode and operation flow. The intergrated MES solution has been analysedand discussed in aspect of design principles, overall function structure, networkarchitecture and integration of system. The function model of the system has beendesigned in detail. The connection and function of each function module was determined.The IDEF0model creation method was used to establish the function model of JL-MES.The data acquisition method, assignment of data acquisition point, and analysis of thedata acquired were also researched with the use of IDEF1X-information model creationmethod to establishment the information of some related object.With the application of JL-MES, the manager of production can grasp the statusmessages of articles being processed, materail, equipment, staff, inventory of workshopand manage the base function data, production plan, manufacturing resource ofworkshop effectively to find out and solve the problem in workshop in order to reduce thecost, saving time and improve quality.
