In marine integrated propulsion systems(IPS) , the electric propulsion, high energy equipments, detection equipments and daily using electric are considered and designed as a unitive system, and consequently, all the power the marine needs in the form of electric power is scheduled, distributed and managed uniformly. And it is the developing trend of present marine power system. Moreover, the correlation technique of gas turbine generator is one of the key technologies of the IPS nowadays, and the research on it has great significance to the development of the marine power of our country.In this dissertation, the gas turbine generator is divided into module by the method of modular modeling. The nonlinear mathematical models of the gas turbine's submodules are established by the method of volume inertia, which has high accuracy. According to the builted mathematical model of every module, the universal simulation models of the module are established. On the base of those above, simulation modules of different parts are chosen and connected to establish the overall machine simulation models of single shaft gas turbine and split shaft gas turbine, the whole simulation model of the split shaft gas turbine generator and the parallel operation simulation model of two gas turbine generators. By using these simulation models, the steady and dynamic performance of the single shaft gas turbine and split shaft gas turbine, the starting process and added and cut down electric load process of the single gas turbine generator and the parallel operation of two gas turbine generator are simulated, and the dynamic curve of the speed and torque of main engines, the voltage, frequency and current of power network and the active power distribution law of two parallel operation gas turbine generator are obtained. The simulation results validate the universality and effectiveness of the simulation module builted, and provide theoretical basis for the building of the test-bed.The treatment to parts characteristic curves of gas turbine is a key while the simulation model of gas turbine are built up, the parts characteristic curves of gas turbine are fitted in this paper with partial least squares method and neural network fitting method separately. It has reached the satisfactory fitting precision. |
