Along with the fast development of power electronics, micro-computers and modern control theory, permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)has been widely applied in motion control system of medium or low capacity. The PMSM has the advantages of smaller capacity ,higher efficiency and greater power density over the induction motor. In this paper, the vector control system based on Digital Signal Processor (DSP) has been designed and the key technique is researched . The main work can be included as follows:First make a brief introduction for the development of PMSM. According to the coordinate transformation theory and the mathematic model of PMSM, vector control strategy is proposed in this paper. The basic principle and implementation technique of space voltage vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) are represented in detail. Then the software and hardware platform of digital vector control system based on the DSP TMS320LF2407A is designed throughout this paper . Analyse the DSP outside circuit control circuit and drive circuit . The software modules are independent of each other ,and the mutual calling can be implemented only depending on certain rules. Therefore, the portability and readability are enhanced and the improvement of system can be carried out easily. And a simulation study with MATLAB is showed , then use oscillogragh to testing Motor. Under different speed and load , to showed the wave of current speed and torque, It displayed good dynamic and static performance. At last take advantage of PMSM and the driving system , composed a set of elevator driving system , use multiple speed control method , research the necessary program of setting elevator system , set the parameter of elevator , discuss the system debugging method.
