With the construction of urban modernization, the amount of lift is more and more. Accidents due to elevator attendant failure caused a major social concern. According to statistics, the elevator accidents caused personal injury were more than 40, three-quarters of the accidents caused by a system failure. Therefore, the elevator company has paid a lot of attention to the elevator door control system during the elevator design. Early stage, the DC motors were used in elevator door and adjust the speed through series resistor. Although the control method is simple, but greater torque fluctuations and generate more heat. The DC motor is big, difficulty to install. With the power electronics technology applications in motor control industry and master chip operation speed increase, the motor control has rapid development. Asynchronous motors and permanent magnet synchronous motors gained popularity in various industry applications.Now, the asynchronous motor or permanent magnet synchronous motor is widely used in elevator door machine. The two kinds of motors are controlled by VF/FOC/DTC generally. The article has analyzed three modes of control. It finally determined to adopt vector control of PMSM. This method is simple, especially suitable for small power motor. Then, design of current loop and speed loop, deduced SVPWM algorithm in detail, simulated by MATLAB and the correction of modulating means is proved. The elevator door is composed of layer and the car door. After the elevator running in place, door machine drives the car door, the car door lead layer door implementation elevator door switch. Consider starting and stopping the high and low speed switching impact oscillation phenomena may occur, this paper designs for the machine running speed curve to make it run smooth. Before elevator door closed or opened in place, it need to reduces speed, to avoid the impact when high speed in place. After the completion of the elevator door installation, system self-learning elevator door wide in order to determine the position of the door in running. When the door run to the speed switch position, it calls the deceleration curve and complete speed smooth transition. The door in the process of closing is prone to a status or clip to people. So the paper designs locked-rotor test function. Ensure that the elevator door can open to run immediately after clamp people or things. Finally, write the control algorithm and adopt TI digital signal processor as main control chip to complete the system design and the real debugging.
