| In order to meet the need of increasing public life and economic development, thecity construction is mainly focused on the urban expansion and transportationconstruction in recent years. And as the essential equipment in skyscrapers and largepublic places, the elevator industry growth is in leaps and bounds. Moreover, the elevatordoor control system becomes an important part of the elevator systems of which theperformance and reliability concerns with user’s safety closely. This thesis presents anelevator door control system based on PMSM for meeting the development trends andthe application requirements of the elevator door control system.Firstly, this thesis analyzes the overview of the developments as well as domesticand international development trend of elevator industry so as to illustrate thesignificance of the subject. Then use the direct drive door machine as the example todescribe the mechanical composition of the door system and control theory as well as topave the way for the system design below. Secondly, by analyzing the PMSM doormachine as the control object model and the vector control theory, the principles of theSVPWM and the functional need of the elevator door control system, the door machineworking speed curve, door work environment adaptive design of the security of the doormachine and door machine information exchange are obtained. On this basis, the controlsystem hardware and software are designed as well as the details of the system hardwareand the software flow charts are presented. Meanwhile the system stability have beenresearched on the design and at last the experiment results are showed and analyzed asbelow.The experimental results show that the design of the system is reasonably reliableand the system is working well and meets the demands of the partners. |
