The development of automobile has been always pursuing the technical innovation. But the automation of vehicle's operation occupies the extremely essential part in the automobile technology development, because of operates conveniences, and the secure material effect to pilots. As one of the most core units of automobile operation automation, automatic transmission can provide a comfortable operation way for the people. And along with technical innovation and development, the automatic transmission may provide more superior efficiency, the power, the security, as well as better emissions target than a manual transmission gearbox.The double clutch automatic transmission is one kind of new advanced automatic transmission, It has the good fuel oil efficiency and the power, and shift gear without interruptions to starting or traction force, and it becomes the competition development ho t spot in domestic and foreign. This paper launches research in control technology of DCT'implementing agency based on the country"863"project"The research on dry type double clutch automatic transmission of vehicle for passenger".In this paper, the author analyzes the principle of work and each structural design parameter of the implementing agency earnestly. Double clutch's control is the difficult point of DCT control technology. Because the control mechanism has the misalignment, the lag, time-variable and indefinite and so on factors. As we use BLDCM to actuate the DCT implementing agency in this paper, we need to control the BLDCM to control the D CT implementing agency. This paper mainly control clutch speed and position curacy, through study on BLDCM control.The article first introduces the dry clutch and the double clutch automatic transmission's development, then analyzes the DCT principle of work carefully, and compares with dry type and wet type clutch, and analyzes the present difficulty of dry DCT research, and proposes the research of the dry DCT control technology.In view of the independent development DCT implementing agency of the"863" project, analyze its principle of work, and carry on the mathematical analysis to the structure. Then change the pressure change in DCT engage process into the load of B LDCM, and build up the load of BLDCM model. At the same time, in order to build up the BLDCM model, this paper introduces the technique parameters of DCT clutches and shift gear structure BLDCM.The control to BLDCM effects the precision of clutch's engage position and the respond to speed direct. So this paper analyzes the principle of work of BLDCM, and builds up the math BLDCM model accord to the voltage balance equation, movement equation, and electromagnetic torque and so on equations. And builds up BLDCM model by Matlab/Simulink based on math BLDCM model. Then build up PID closed loop of motor'position, speed, and electric current accord to motor principle and. the control need of clutch. At the same time, we analyzes the movement characteristic of BLDCM, and simulates motor accord several motor'working condition.The design of control algorithm is a complex process. This paper proceeds to real-time simulation of motor algorithm by dSPACE. It chooses the DS1005 processor and DS2002 I/O interface, accord to dSPACE'real-time simulation procedures. And build up half-object simulation platform by Simulink. Then make the control interface of ControlDesk. At last, proceeds to real-time simulation of control algorithm by giving the control model Reference speed and position value.After the simulation by Simulink and real-time simulation by dSPACE of the control algorithm, the platform test is performed in this paper. The platform of experiment is a kind of DCT overall function-test experiment platform, It can added or subtract the load and the input or output torque. Data of this experiment is collected and watched by CANoe, and is sent to the processor by CAN bus. The electronic union of this paper is the Freesacle's MC9S12DP512 single chip microcomputer, it is a kind of 16-bit MCU, which has a CAN controller. It provides the convenience to collect and watch data. Before the experiment, we should make sure the TCU procedure is reliable. So we use load- box to test I/O an d API. Moreover, in order to get the accurate clutch position signal, we demarcate the clutch position. The experiment is divided into the off-line test, the module testing and the driving stimulation test. We confirm the control system's feasibility through the platform experiment.In summary, this paper designs the motor's control algorithm, through the research on the control technology of dry DCT, and prove the feasibility of the control system, through real-time simulation and platform experiment, and provide the powerful support for the dry DCT's further research. Along with the development of automobile and electronic, automobile has already become a typical integration of machinery–electronic product. As one kind of new automatic transmission, dry DCT's key research has gradually shift to control domain. The research on control technology has vital significance to automatic transmission and even the automobile industry. The research on DCT's control technology is a good chance of reducing the automatic transmission's technological gap between domestic and the overseas, and this paper has laid the foundation for the further research on DCT control technology.
