Measuring power parameters accurately and fast is significant for assuring power system working normally, safely and efficiently and for making use of the limited power resource. With the economy developing, electric locomotive, subway and electric vehicle is to be used as well, in whose conversion of electrical energy and control system, two-way current changing equipment is adopted in order to save energy. Therefore, the question of two-way measuring in power parameters testing device is an increasing concern, which is a major trend in power measuring and technology.First, the development of technology of embedded and power parameters measuring at home and abroad is explained, following the study of correlative theory and application technology in ARM microprocessor and LINUX OS. Developing platform formed by ARM+LINUX is build and the power parameter sampling ways is compared and analyzed. In this paper, power two-way measuring is analyzed on the base of the synchronization of software sampling way adopted to sampling electric signal, which is the theory base of all research.Secondly, system hardware circuit is build with S3C2410 ARM of Samsung company as the system control core, including Adjustment circuit of signal,checking circuit of frequency,checking circuit of phase difference and displaying circuit of LED.Finally, after analysis of the programming of LINUX equipment drive, the relative drive program is compiled with C language. At the same time, a good deal of research, including sampling signals, power parameters measuring such as active power,reactive power and showing parameters through LED is carried out. The results shows that the analogue measuring system is reasonable and can meet the requirements of testing research.
