| In the development of city, mind of designer was being affected by many external elements and ideas all the time, architecture, landscape and layout were all strongly affected by thoughts of foreign design. During the development, we all have to trace back to the root of own culture finally, to find the wisdom of we Chinese left by agriculture, and fine the way to solve the paradox between human and environment.This paper mainly deal with the problems of Chinese landscape design according to the synthetical function of Farming Culture on development of Chinese society. The needs, status and features was farther analyzed by the theory of philosophy, aesthetics, ecology and landscape. Besides, this paper points out the importance of Farming Culture to Chinese modern ethical landscape designing, and unscrambles the shortage and mistake on development status of Chinese modern landscape designing. It has positive instruction on environmental sustainable development in landscape, embody features of Chinese culture and how to carry out the practicability of landscape.
