The Landscape Planning Of Eco-agricultural Tourism Garden Based On The Spirit Of Place

China’s tourism agriculture began in the 1980s,and at present,the development of tourism agriculture growing vigorously and shows a three-tier industry development of the situation,which integrates the primary industry,the second industry and the tertiary industry,it is in the initial stage of development,though the pace of development and scale is quite effective.The main problems are as follows:The first,the homogenization of the construction of tourism agriculture are serious,which is lack of recognition;the second,there is a lack of humane respect towards sites and unreasonable planning,together with low senses of places and identity in project accomplishments;the third,the experiential design is lack of characteristic and creative activity,resulting a low visitor travel rate.Based on these problems and with the theory of place spirit as the core,the theoretical combination of landscape ecology,tourism psychology,experience economy,landscape planning and design and sustainable development,this essay hopes to further explore how eco-agricultural tourism gardens can conduct reasonable planning under current development situation,looking forward to having instructional significance towards subsequent similar projects.This plan through the case analysis of the ecological agriculture sightseeing garden and the research and sorting of the concept of place spirit,and combined with other planning theories to inductive analysis,put forward the planning strategy under the place spirit.Main contents are as follows:The first,respect the ground material elements,restore native memory;the second,respect the site historical context,inheriting cultural connotation;the third,pay attention to spaces details create,extended memory context;the fourth,the combination of old and new to create,to sublimate the sense of belonging of the places;the fifth,cognitive nature agriculture sightseeing garden,experience agricultural flavour and affection;the sixth,pay attention to the guide,to get fully aware of places.Based on the theory of place spirit,this project conducted a planning research towards Shuiyunshan Eco-agricultural Sightseeing Garden located in the city of Jingmen,Hubei Province,during this process through a detailed investigation and analysis on this place,depth excavation native culture of Jishan jingmen,"Traditional Cultivation Culture" characteristic of the field and "Chu Conception" refine and extensions,offered to the subject of "Chu conception fragrant words farming mulberry",constitute a "one belt,four areas and multicast"spatial structure layout."the one belt" is agricultural culture and Chu culture of the local main elements to form the main feature of tourism;"the four areas" is the folk custom culture area,waterfront leisure resort area,agriculture sightseeing experience area and agricultural production area;"multicast" is a landscape nodes in each partition.The whole planning pays attention to the creation of place spirit and forges local landscape,culture and industry with native characteristics under the respect,reservation,elevation,remodeling and extension of nature and humanity in the site,people’s experiencing recognition runs trough the representation of the gardens’ being agricultural and the essence of peasant affection,and thus agricultural sightseeing gardens with strong senses of cognition,identification and belonging will be established.
