The Paper records the researches on an air testing instrument Preconcentrator, which uses chemical theory and electronic control way to concentrate elements of sample air, then to separate them from each other, and recognize what the elements are. The research and design of Embed Control System is the focus of this paper, main content of which includes:Analyze the structure of the preconcentrator and the components which are controlled by embed control system. Research every component on the air path of the instrument to get clear what they can do and how to control them. According to analysis method, I figure out the direction of controlled system should use, and partition every function in different modules.Design the main architecture of the instrument. Then design modules including the way of using microcontroller and CPLD, auto temperature control module, the control interface to components on air path and communication interface.Improve the performance of auto temperature control system. In this closed loop control system. First improve the sample circuit and regular circuit, second redesign control arithmetic, third raise the precision of execution circuit. There are two new methods has been used in this part. One is using exponent curve to lead temperature rising progress, the other is using precisely power division to control output energy.Then Establish the communication commands between embed control system and software on computer. After describing the whole design progress in detail, the paper also introduced the function of monitor software running on computer, and the work situation of sample machine and the testing result of it will be mentioned at last.
