Study On The City And Country Planning Wholly Of Liangping Countyon The Bese Of Harmoniously Developing Of City And Country

The construction course since the new China was founded 50 years ago ,especially the large achievement we have got through 20years'hardwork after reformation and opening leads the developmentof our country to the pivotal period. It is the period of rapid development, at the same time it is also the protruding period of all kinds of contraventions. Solving and dealing with these contraventions well, as well as building up scientific views of development and making the development for the economy of our country and the harmony of society lasting out healthily are the principles and aims the party center and the State Department put forward .So th《eThe Law for planning out the city and country of the People'Republic of China》is carried out from the first the January ,2008. It clearly prescribes the principle for planning out the city and country , which is to fellow the plan as a whole of planning out the city and country, so that we can realize the aim of improving the environment. The thesis will discuss how to plan out the city and country for the harmonious development on the base of the Liangping'working out and practice.The contains 4 parts, as follows:The first part (the first chapter )—bringing forward the problems: the important meaning of making the city and country develop harmoniously.The second part (the second chapter )—the theories : It introduces the methods of study and basic theory to law out the city and country, as the basis of the whole research.The third part (the third and fourth chapters)—analyzing the actuality:It analyses the primary problems we face on the harmonious development of the city and country and anatomies the background and conditions of inhibition about Liangping county'harmonious development of the city and country,It puts forward the basic thoughts and methods to make the city and country develop harmoniouslyThe fourth part (the fifth chapter)—solving the problems: Liangping county'practice on planning of the city and country wholly.The last part of this thesis serve as a brief conclusion.
