| As the reform of our economic system, construction is being reformed completely: enterprise will compete in the market which makes enterprise more flexible but be responsible for more risks. Under the condition of quality and safe, saving cost, maximizing profit will be the point of every construction project and the foundation of enterprise as well as the prerequisite to win a boarder market.Cost control of construction project means to direct, monitor, adjust and limit human resource, material and expenditure that happen in construction project, to correct the deviation which happened or will happen, to make sure all cost are under the control and within the budget during the process of project cost is forming. The goal of cost control of construction project is to lower the project cost and higher profit. Management of cost control of project is also significant and it is the core of construction project management. Construction project cost management will be the key point to the project's profit.This paper analyze the current situation of domesticate and foreign construction enterprise and point out the problems that domesticate enterprise are facing as well as the effective way to solve the problems is cost management. Project cost control is the key to cost management which is also our research point. This paper focus on only three ways of cost control out of many: Earned Value Management, Cost dynamic control, value engineering. This paper analyzes the applicable instance of the three ways and verifies the effect and advantage of the three ways in construction project cost control. |
