With the rapid development of the computer and the network technology, the control of the electromechanical equipment developed from a simple point-to-point control to a decentralized multi-level control. In modern industrial control system, HCI has the means from the early "knob and dial" into a system using a simple, interactive convenient, flexible control of man-machine interface Interactive system. Control systems and devices are becoming more and more complicated and diversified,and the competition is becoming more and more drastic.The development of technology and demand of market need for new generation embedded HMI system which is featured with friendly graphic interface,full-functional configuration,and strong communication ability.This article first study the development and problem of modern industrial control system HCI technology and embedded HCI technology, and analysed the demanding of intelligent HCI technology for electromechanical equipment control. Then analysed the demanding of embedded terminal HMI technology in industrial control system. put forward an network intelligent display system overall implementation plan based on embedded software and hardware platform.Then, the relative interactive technologies used in this system, are studied intensively, on the aspects of structure, functions and principle. These technologies consist of HCI technology,HMI technology,embedded platform technology, embedded file system,software design mode and so on. Analysis the exist problems for some key technologies in the process of realizing. In-depth on the human-computer graphics software architecture design and working principle,and Scheduling for the characteristics of communication put forward the reconfigurable communication design.Finally,based on the research and analyse for the key technology of intelligent HCI system for the contrl of electromechanical equipment, realize the design of embedded intelligent HCI system with reconfigurable GUI.Finish the Platform structures, Cutting and transplantation the operating system, design and development of Graphical interface module software. At last, we implement the designing of the HCI system for the control of electrical and mechanical equipment, and Obtain the desired results.
