Study And Application On Dynamic Quality Management Technology In MES For Vehicle Air Conditioner Workshop

As the increasingly fierce competition in the market of auto industry, automotive parts and components manufactures are required to product more high-quality products. Vehicle air conditioner manufactures are typical automobile-parts manufacturing enterprises, the quality of their products not only affect the automobile, but also one of the key factors to win in the competition. Manufacturing process in workshop is one of the main sources of product quality problems. Many experts,scholars and manufacturing enterprise at home and abroad have already conducted a lot of research and applications, made many valuable research results. In this paper, with the promotion and application of MES, the dynamic quality management technology in MES for vehicle air conditioner workshop are discussed and studied.First of all, the status, characteristics and needs of the information of the quality management for vehicle air conditioner workshop are discussed. Combined with the idea and concept of MES, a kind of dynamic quality management system in MES for vehicle air conditioner workshop is presented. The architecture and running mode are set up.Then, the main technical framework of the dynamic quality management system in MES for vehicle air conditioner workshop is set forward. Some key techniques of the system are researched, including the quality information interactive technology in workshop based on embedded terminal; dynamic quality information management technology based on manufacturing quality BOM and real-time statistical process control technology of the key process's quality.Finally, based on the above theoretical researched, a dynamic quality management system in MES for vehicle air conditioner workshop is designed and applied. It made a good effect.
