In recent years, with the insistent need for strong anti-interference ability, fast response speed and communication function of the weighing system in the modern industry field, traditional static weighing instruments based on single chip microcomputer can't satisfy industrial need. A dynamic weighing system is developed in this paper based on algorithms of dynamic weighing system and embedded system technology, which has advantage of execution efficiency, software cubage, communication handling ability, multi-tasks, modular tailorable and so on. Compared with traditional weighing system, it has network communication function and GUI, strong anti-interference ability and fast response speed.The paper describes the design of software and hardware of the embedded system in detail, which mainly includes S3C2410 andμC/OS-II. The system is mainly consists of the part of embedded microprocessor, communication module, signal input and output module and man-machine interface module. Communication module mainly includes network interface, RS-232 interface and RS-485 interface, which provides interfaces to the industrial field bus, and realizes remote diagnosis, maintenance, setting. Signal input module collects the data from the output weighing sensor, and the output module generates signal to control production equipment. The man-machine interface module is mainly consists of touch screen and keyboard, provides the Graphic User Interface and keyboard input function. The software platform is constructed byμC/OS-II, which has good performance of real-time and reliability, data acquisition and serial communication is realized, Graphic User InterfaceμC/GUI and embedded TCP/IP protocol stack Lwip are ported and realized on the platform on the basis.To improve anti-interference ability of the system, FIR filter is employed to reduce interference of mechanical vibration and electromagnetic radiation. To improve response speed, the paper acquires the model of system by analyzing the work principle, uses pole assignment method to do dynamic compersation for the weighing system. The dynamic response performance of the system is improved significantly and can meet the need of dynamic weighing. The dynamic weighing system is proved to have strong anti-interference ability and fast response speed.In conclusion, the dynamic weighing instrument can satisfy the need for the modern industry field, which is the development direction of dynamic weighing instruments. The research and development of dynamic system based on embedded system has important significance.
