Methanol gasoline is a sort of new type substitute fuel for vehicle and has so much virtue by comparing with gasoline-abundant source, high thermal efficiency and low level let. It will be has a bright future depending on governmental policy. Methanol gasoline impacts old system because of the difference of methanol and gasoline in physical chemistry aspect. Fuel supply system is the one. EKP(electronic fuel pump ) is a very important part in fuel supply system to supply fuel for engine continuously with a proper press. So the fuel has a directly influence on EKP. The performance of EKP absolutely will influence the start performance﹑state of running and mission of engine. BOSCH company gives key performance level in PFMEA analysis. In the ground of energy-conserving and environment protection, people eager to find out new type fuel. So what we should do is to figure out the pattern how the methanol gasoline to influence EKP,sequence of influence and revolve method.This article demonstrates the difference between methanol gasoline and gasoline in physical chemistry performance in detail. Some differences of idiographic performance be illuminated such as metal corrosive,distensible performance for rubber,wearing and hydrodynamics performance change derived from physical chemistry performance. We demonstrate all of them by experiments and compare with gasoline. Methanol gasoline's wearing performance be demonstrated by four balls machine, and oil box and load should be changed because of the difference between methanol gasoline and lubricating oil in physical chemistry performance, although the principle derives from lubricating oil. Metal causticity be explained by GB copper sheets and simulating analysis. Distensible performance for rubber be explained according to sulfured rubber anti-liquid method. The change in hydrodynamics be illuminated by theory analysis and examining equipments.The most of experiments we done follow GB or HB, the rest of them only for reference and illumination. Because GB or HB have not been establishing even now.
