Research On The Renovation & Renewal Of Office Building

With information,technology and office modernization developing rapidly,the way of work changed earth-shakingly;at the same time,the improvement of building standard and aesthetics,the requirements of sustainable development have made many office buildings showing varying degrees of aging phenomenon. The article aims at different purposes of office building renewer, and summarizes the corresponding strategies to exploring efficient work place.The task which touches upon multi-disciplinary subjects related of this paper,is one of the embranchment on the research of the old building reuse.By concluding foreign and domestic office buildings renovation&renewal programs,the paper has systematically summarized the ideas and methods in this field in pragmatic level,and predictably provided a theoretical basis for practicing and feasible measures for further office building development. With the questionnaire about evaluation of Hebei Architectural Design&Research Institute Renew Program,it could be found the different positions and concerns of users, designers, policy makers in the reconstruction project.Further more,it could provide us the key points with powerful data support in office building renovation program,even in new design.This paper starts with the office buildings'functions and classification. The first chapter brings forward notable features of contemporary office building, in which have appeared series of aging phenomenon.On this basis,the following two chapters respectively focus on analysing strategic measures at functional and technical aspects for different renewing purposes. Finally according to the survey questionnaire,we could forecast the development tendency of office building,and provide suggestion for the new work place's design.
