Energy Efficiency Retrofit On Envelope-structure Of Historic Office Buildings

With the increased economic growth and development of society, the energy industry in China has got great development; in the meanwhile, China has becoming the second largest energy consumption country. Construction industry is the big consumption industry in energy consumption, how to decrease the consumption in the existing building, especially in the enclosing-structure, is the major content in this paper.To begin with the energy threat, this paper analyzes the energy consumption composition, surveys and analyses actuality of historic office buildings,also the reasons of high-energy consumption,then analyses strategys of energy efficiency retrofits of the existing office building,summarizing the principles and alteration methods of the energy efficiency retrofit on envelope-structure of existing historic character office buildings,which provides the references values of energy efficiency retrofit of historic office buildings.Through the DEST software,we can simulate the energy consumption in order to retrofit,which decreases the totle energy greatly, and reaches the energy saving requirement, that indicate the obvious social benefit and economic benefit.The author expects this disquisition can provide us certain enlightenment and active significance in existing office building in the cold area, which is more suitable for the continuable development in the Socialist .
