Tiny-oil ignition is a revolution of burning technology compare with the tradition ignition approach on coal-fired furnace.Realized direct-ignition of pulverized coal-air flow with 5%of total fuel oil amount tradition used,it has a wide application prospect.It is of great importance to study tiny-oil ignition technology.Numerical simulation method is employed in this thesis to investigate various operating conditions of tiny-oil direct-ignition burner of pulverized coal.Several important factors which influence the ignition of pulverized coal are analyzed,which are pulverized coal concentration, fineness and the inlet velocity of primary air flow,the quantity of fuel oil and the variety of the coal.On the basis of before-mentioned study results,the structural optimization of the oil burner combustion chamber and the burner is researched.The study results will provide guidance for operation optimization of the burner and starting up of boilers.
