Two-dimensional Benchmarking Study Of 110kV Overhead Transmission Lines

Two-dimensional benchmarking is a calibration method of International Transimission Operations&Maintenance Study(ITOMS),but in China this method has been used recently.This paper proposes the overall thoughts on 110kV overhead lines two-dimensional benchmarking,puts forward two-dimensional benchmarking model based on the benchmarking and comprehensive evaluation.Furthermore,compared with the one-dimensional model,this paper demonstrates the managing performance of the 110kV overhead lines from the dimensionality of the cost and the level of the service.In the calculation,this model improves the previous method that we get the result from the literature on the service level value ways.Combining AHP with the distance,this new model uses a comprehensive evaluation on service level so that the evaluation is more objective and reasonable.This paper applies this improved two-dimensional benchmarking management model to practice,which is the management of the 110kV overhead lines in 10 local power supply companies,comparing their differences on their respective performance of the overhead line management,makes some recommendations accordingly,and proves the validity and feasibility of the model by the example.
