| With the continuous maturity of natural gas in mining,transportation and storage technology and the introduction and vigorous implementation of China’s"coal to gas" policy,gas-fired power plants are gradually becoming the main production of electricity in the new first-tier cities.It is of great significance for the power generation groups to establish a comprehensive and reasonable gas power plant benchmarking management system and comprehensive evaluation model.In this thesis,after completing the benchmarking evaluation system of gas-fired power plant,a real-time screening optimization model based on PCA-Pearson was established.The model removes the correlation information while ensuring that the effective information amount is basically unchanged,improves the efficiency of the overall model,and reduces the influence of the overlapping data information on the subsequent comprehensive evaluation,which is conducive to increasing the accuracy of the analysis and decision making of the evaluation results.According to the application of benchmarking management,the internal benchmarking scheme is adopted,by obtaining the relative average deviation of the original value of the indexs in the statistical period.Then,the ME-GRA model that introduces flexible benchmarking into a real-time screening of gas-fired power plants is established.By comparison,the final overall evaluation results of this model are basically consistent with the results of principal component analysis,grey correlation and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,which verifies the validity of the model.The model eliminates the impact of the unit’s difference in capacity level,operation mode and layout structure on the evaluation results.The calculation results can better reflect the operation and management capabilities of the sample power plant staff,which is more scientific,objective and reasonable.Finally,based on the subjective and objective combination weighting scheme adopted in this thesis,a sensitivity analysis model of index weights is established.The final test results show that the index allocation weights of the benchmark comprehensive evaluation model established in this thesis are less sensitive and the model evaluation results are stable and robust.This thesis combines the theoretical algorithm with the actual index data of gas power plants,and establishes a benchmarking management comprehensive evaluation model of gas power plants,which integrates index screening optimization,comprehensive evaluation and weight sensitivity analysis.This thesis applies this model to the horizontal comprehensive comparative evaluation and analysis of six different types of gas-fired power plants under a gas-electric group.The ideas,research routes and practical applications of this thesis provide reference for the comprehensive evaluation of the benchmark management of power generation units or the competition between power plants. |
